Associate Director, SAP Business Intelligence Competency Center, Reporting & Analytics

This is an exciting new position within a top-tier Food & Consumer Products Company experiencing rapid company growth and expansion.  You will be responsible for driving reporting and analytics strategies for enterprise level Global SAP Supply Chain and Financial Data.  Your overall responsibilities will include:

* Driving the development of a Business Intelligence Competency Center and Business Intelligence Data Warehouse working with the governance structure for BI and analytical programs, project practices, and BI analytical software capabilities.
* Leading the definition of reporting and analytics strategies including the definition of standards and best practices for enterprise level reporting.
* Driving the standardization of reports utilizing Business Intelligence and Business Objects for Supply Chain including Manufacturing, BW, BPC, APO, and SRM.
* Driving the standardization of Financial reports utilizing SAP data objects for Finance including FI, CO, Product Costing, Project Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
* Partnering with the Master Data Governance team to ensure data and reporting solutions enable a high level of confidence in the data and enable business decisions based on high-quality information.
* Developing analytics utilzing Oracle Datawarehousing, ETL, and Business Objects (Web Intelligence & Xcelsius).
* Leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organization and driving global initiatives to improve reporting and analytics.
* Defining and assuring compliance with Information Management processes for global SAP rollouts.

Preferred Candidate Background and Expertise:

* BS in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field- MBA or MS degree preferred.
* 5+ years of industry Business Analyst, Data Management, Information Management, and Information Systems Business Reporting experience.
* Experience driving or developing a Business Intelligence Competency Center.
* Expertise working with SAP data objects for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
* Experience working with Business Objects (Web Intelligence & Xcelsius).
* Strong leadership experience, project management, and matrix management experience.
* Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with expertise in SAP.
